2. Shipping costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.95 per order.
All prices in the online shop are inclusive of statutory value added tax and exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown again transparently in the basket and during the ordering process before the order is placed.
There is no minimum order value.

- Austria
- Switzerland
4. Delivery times
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- Austria: 3–6 working days
- Switzerland: 4–8 working days
Unless stated otherwise during the ordering process, the delivery period begins when the contract is concluded; for payment methods that require an incoming payment, it begins when the payment is received.
5. Notes on delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import charges or taxes may be incurred in addition. These charges are levied by the competent authorities and, where provided for by law, are to be borne by the recipient.
6. Shipping service providers
Shipping is handled by a fulfilment service provider. Delivery depends on the destination country:
- Germany: Deutsche Post or DHL
- Austria: Österreichische Post
- Switzerland: handover to the Swiss postal service
Where available, tracking information is provided with the dispatch confirmation.
