Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day

• on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good, where you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
• on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece, where you ordered a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alpha4lution GmbH, Herrenstraße 3, 23909 Ratzeburg, Germany, telephone: +49 (0) 4541 8859995, email: info@alpha4lution.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at alpha4lution.de/en/withdraw-from-contract. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Hamira GmbH, Industriestraße 12, 4600 Wels, Österreich, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note: sections 1 to 6 contain supplementary information on how returns are handled in practice. They do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

1. General information on returns

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example by email). The full legal requirements follow exclusively from the withdrawal notice above.

Contacting us beforehand is not a condition for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal, but it does make prompt processing easier.

2. Sealed products (food supplements)

What matters is that the hygiene seal is intact (for example a freshness seal under the lid or a security seal). Merely opening the shipping carton or an outer packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal, provided the product-specific seal is intact.

3. Condition of the return

Please return the goods, where possible

• complete,
• in the original packaging,
• with the seal undamaged (where present),
• and without signs of use.

This is not a condition for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal; it serves solely to make processing easier.

4. How a return proceeds

The return address is stated in the withdrawal notice above. No special authorisation or RMA number is required in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Returns go to our logistics partner; your contracting party remains Alpha4lution GmbH.

5. Notes on returns from Switzerland

Returns from Switzerland may involve particularities relating to customs or handling. Please make sure that the return is properly declared. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it back to us. Use of the form is not mandatory; you may also declare your withdrawal in any other form.
