Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alpha4lution UG, Herrenstraße 3, 23909 Ratzeburg, Germany, email: info@alpha4lution.de, telephone: +49 (0) 4541 8859995) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note: sections 1 to 8 contain supplementary information on how returns are handled in practice. They do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

1. General information on returns

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example by email). The full legal requirements follow exclusively from the withdrawal notice above.

Contacting us beforehand is not a condition for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal, but it does make prompt processing easier.

2. Sealed products (food supplements)

What matters is that the hygiene seal is intact (for example a freshness seal under the lid or a security seal). Merely opening the shipping carton or an outer packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal, provided the product-specific seal is intact.

3. Condition of the return

Please return the goods to us, where possible

• complete,
• in the original packaging,
• with the seal undamaged (where present),
• and without signs of use.

This is not a condition for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal; it serves solely to make processing easier.

4. Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the withdrawal notice provides otherwise.

5. Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods where that loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

6. How a return proceeds

Once we have received your declaration of withdrawal we will, on request, provide you with the return address and further information on how to proceed. No special authorisation or RMA number is required in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

7. Notes on returns from Switzerland

Returns from Switzerland may involve particularities relating to customs or handling. Please make sure that the return is properly declared. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it back to us. Use of the form is not mandatory; you may also declare your withdrawal in any other form.
