Vitamin D3 and K2 as drops
Vitamin D3 can be formed in the skin through exposure to sunlight. Many people show low vitamin D levels, particularly during months with little sunshine.
The vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) used here is obtained from lichen and is therefore of plant origin and vegan.
The vitamin K2 is present as menaquinone MK-7 with 100 % all-trans isomers.

How can the vitamin D level be determined?
Individual vitamin D status can be determined by a blood test. Please contact your general practitioner for this.
Ingredients and nutrients
Active ingredients per portion (1 drop):
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 62.5 µg (2,500 IU) = 1,250 % NRV**
- Vitamin K2: 50 µg (menaquinone MK-7 all-trans)
Ingredients: MCT oil (coconut), cholecalciferol, menaquinone MK-7 (all-trans).
Net quantity: 30 ml, approximately 1,050 drops.
Recommended use
One drop every three days. Drop directly into the mouth or onto a spoon. For reasons of hygiene, the pipette should not come into contact with the mouth.
For children, the drop can be added to a drink or a meal. This corresponds to a daily intake of 25 µg (1,000 IU = 500 % NRV**).
Important note
This product contains vitamin K2. Vitamin K can reduce the effect of vitamin K antagonists — these include coumarin derivatives such as phenprocoumon (for example Marcumar or Falithrom) and warfarin. If you are taking such anticoagulant medication, only use this product after consulting your doctor.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
Packaging
Bottled in Miron violet glass. The violet glass blocks short-wave light and thereby supports the stability of the contents.
